The York Academy Board of Trustees meets the second Monday of each month. All meetings are open to the public. They are run by the Board President and are designed to oversee operations and provide strategic direction for the Academy. 

In response to COVID-19, the Board of Trustees is utilizing a hybrid approach to meetings this school year.  Trustees and staff who are able to participate in person will do so from the Lower School Library/Media Center (3rd floor). Meetings will be live streamed on our York Academy Connections YouTube Channel so the public may also follow along live.

If you would like to comment on an agenda item or provide feedback to the Board of Trustees at an upcoming meeting, you may: 

1) Submit a comment through this online formThe form will be open from the time the meeting agenda is posted (the Friday afternoon prior to the meeting) until 12 p.m. the day of the Board meeting. Your thoughts will be acknowledged during the "comments from the public" section.

2) Submit a request to speak live during the meeting by 12 p.m. the day of the meeting. Please send an email with your full name to  The Zoom link will be emailed to you  with more details.   

3) Attend the meeting in person (mask required).
Meetings are held in the Lower School Media Center/Library on the third floor.
