Again this year, we will be using PTCFast, the easy-to-use system to sign up for Student-Led Conferences on March 9 and 10. PTCFast will be the exclusive, convenient way to choose a time that works best for you and your child/children. You will be asked to select the teacher(s) of your student(s) when you go to the site below. This will allow you to better schedule times if you have multiple children attending York Academy.
Please note that the MYP teachers wills end home information regarding conferences and Open House in a separate correspondence.
From there, you will be asked to select the teacher(s) of your child/children. You will then be guided through a simple process where you are asked to supply the student’s name, your name, email address, and phone number. Within minutes of pressing the “Submit” tab at bottom of the screen, you will receive an email providing you with a link to access the up-to-date schedule for your teacher(s). Once you have opened that site, place a check next to the time you are scheduling for (multiple conferences will require a selection to be made for each teacher) and then select the “Confirm Selections” tab at the bottom of the screen.
