Policy for Public Participation in Board Meetings

Regular Monthly Business Meetings are live streamed on our YouTube Channel so the public can follow along. Committee Meetings are held in person at the Lower School (1st floor conference room). Both meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. Click here to view the dates.

Comments from the public happen at the beginning of each meeting are limited to five minutes. Since Regular Monthly Business meetings are live streamed on YouTube, we will provide the Zoom link in advance.

To comment on an agenda item or provide feedback to the Board of Trustees, please email Tina Ziegler (Board Secretary) at least six days before the upcoming meeting. Provide your name, address, group affiliation (if applicable), and the topic you'd like to address.
