The PTO is a parent-run organization that works closely with school staff. PTO objectives are as follows:

  • To promote the welfare of the children in our schools.
  • To improve conditions for children in school and the community.
  • To bring about a closer relationship between parents/guardians and teachers so that they can work together in helping the children become outstanding citizens in the community.
  • To secure the best advantages of physical, academic, and social education for each child.

The York Academy PTO is always seeking new parents to become involved in the PTO at no cost. Everyone is welcome! PTO meetings for the 2018-2019 school year are scheduled as follows. All PTO meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at the building listed.  Free child care is available in the multi-purpose room.

 September 4, 2018 - Upper School
 October 2, 2018 - Lower School Media Room (3rd Floor)
 December 4, 2018 - Lower School
 February 5, 2019 - Lower School
 April 2, 2019 - Lower School
